Overview

5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)  |  Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore  |  Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500  [no comm, indoor sales role]
14 Days AL + 16 Days MC + AWS + VB [depends on company\'s performance]

Company is specializing in stone and tile products [sub-contractor] to construction projects. Current Marketing team consists of a marketing director and a senior executive; seeking one more headcount to support the team.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates must have relevant sales experience in interior design or sales & marketing coordination related to building materials.
• Experience liaising with designers, contractors and suppliers.

Job Scopes / Responsibilities

1. To market and promote range of products, and to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry, including contractors and consultants.
2. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue.
3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and maximize opportunities to generate sales.
4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities by supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects.
5. Identify product improvements or new products and/or technologies by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solve and handle complaints in a timely manner.
8. To secure projects which contribute positively to the company\'s revenue and profits.
9. Construction industry knowledge of marble / granite / tiles and relevant experience are highly preferred.
10. Diploma or Degree in business-related background are required for this post.
11. This headcount is open for Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior / Assistant Marketing Manager depending on years of experience.
