Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage tender documentation, assist project teams, and liaise with contractors. The ideal candidate has a degree in QS or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in facade works. This role offers a competitive salary range of $5,000 to $7,000, working 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Facade) Industry.
• Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary.
• Certification such as BCSS or CSOC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Document Control.
• Experienced in Facade Works.
