Job Description
  • Workplace Location: 7-Eleven @ Yishun & Admiralty
  • Shift timings available: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, & 11pm to 7am.
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the assigned store.
  • Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective, service excellence and operational compliance.
  • Supervise the daily work performance of the employees and work closely with the Area Manager in achieving adequate staffing.
  • Coach, appraise, and plan career/training development of staff.
  • Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries and feedback.
  • Manpower planning, recruit Sales Assistants and achieving adequate staffing level.
  • Roster scheduling and assigning shift duties.
  • Organise and co-ordinate the store operations, merchandising and promotional activities within the established guidelines.
  • Observe vigilance in the control of cash and inventory variations to the minimum and within the set limits.
  • Maintain a high standard of store image/cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment.
  • Ensure the daily banking-in of trading receipts and prompt submission to HQ of the relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure accurate receiving and ordering before confirmation.
