• Working Hours: 5days work week (shift work 6am - 12am)
• Transport will be provided for first and last Shift
• Starting Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 + Commission (average $450-$1,250)

Role

• Reporting to the Operation Manager.
• Managing day-to-day store operations.
• Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Promote and demonstrate to tourist & walk-in.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
• Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
• Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
• Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• GCE \'O\' Level with at least 1- 2 years of retail experience
• Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
