• Post Sales Engineer
• Working days & hours : 5days, Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm
• Location: Maxwel
• Salary: $5000 - $6000 + AWS + Bonus

This is a hands-on, technical position.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and tailor deployments accordingly.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
• Develop and document best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive follow-up.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities and relay feedback to internal teams

Qualifications

• With 3 - 5 years of experience working in technical post-sales, implementation, or systems engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring.
• Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus.
• Exposure to any scripting technology (batch/unix shell/powershell) is a plus
• Exposure to Cloud architecture, Containers, DevOps is a plus
• Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.
