Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is hiring for a position involving the operation of milling, sieving, and blending of high-grade materials. The ideal candidate should have at least an ITE or Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry, with added experience in precious metals as a plus. The role includes supporting melting operations, performing thermal treatment operations, and ensuring equipment maintenance. Compensation ranges from $2400 to $2800 plus overtime, with transport allowance provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation of milling, sieving and blending of high-grade materials.
• Assist in melting operations and support other operations activities when needed.
• Support Lab final sampling when needed.
• Perform Thermal Treatment Operation.
• Prepare for high grade material shipment.
• Ensure to meet projected output according to the Treatment Plan.
• Perform preventive maintenance from time to time.
• Maintain and ensure that all equipment is in good condition.
• Perform precise weighing before and after processing.

Job description

Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport
Salary: $2400 - $2800 + OT
Working days: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Sat (8am – 12pm)

• To perform preparation for high grade material shipment.
• To ensure to meet projected output according to the Treatment Plan given by the Supervisor.
• To perform preventive maintenance from time to time and or according to as scheduled (Weekly/Monthly Preventive Maintenance).
• To maintain and make sure that all equipment is in good working conditions.
• To perform precise weighing before and after processing and proper labelling of the recovered products in container/drums/tanker following customer requirements.
