Job description

Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Design & Visualization – Develop 3D design concepts for event booths, pop-ups, staging, signage, and experiential spaces based on client briefs. Produce high-quality renderings and walkthroughs to help clients visualize final outcomes. Create accurate 3D models using 3ds Max or similar software, including materials, lighting, and camera setup. Translate approved 3D concepts into 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD for fabrication and installation. Work closely with carpentry and production teams to ensure structural feasibility and build accuracy. Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and construction methods for both indoor and outdoor event environments.
• Graphics & Print Integration – Use Adobe Illustrator to design vector layouts for signage, wayfinding systems, and large-format prints. Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure proper integration with 3D designs. Coordinate with print and installation teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaboration & Project Support – Liaise with project managers, sales teams, and clients to refine design concepts. Participate in project meetings, site visits, mock-ups, and installations when required. Support design revisions and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, signage, or environmental design (preferred).

Proficient in

• 3ds Max – 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
• Adobe Illustrator – vector graphics and print layouts
• AutoCAD – technical and fabrication drawings
• Strong creative skills with practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and build processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
