• Provide directional assistance at drop-off areas and entrances.
• Operate stair climber to assist patients with mobility needs.
• Coordinate support for wheelchair-bound patients as needed.
• Support general patient flow and assist with operational needs.

Job description

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM (Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Staff are required to report 15 minutes before clinic opening. Shift timings may be adjusted by the department based on operational requirements.

Job Scope

• Coordinate support for wheelchair-bound patients as needed.

• Prior healthcare or patient-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
