Job description

Working Hours

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure proper dosing, administration, and monitoring for drug interactions or adverse effects.
• Provide patients and caregivers with clear guidance on medication use, including dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation, storage, and handling of medications.

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (BPharm / PharmD).
• Experience in hospital, hospice, or clinical settings is preferred.
