Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Java and web-based applications.
• Monitor application health and respond to production issues in accordance with SLAs.
• Perform incident investigation, root cause analysis, and impact analysis.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage and support application release implementations.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless support.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Continuously enhance support processes to improve service quality.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders during incidents.
