A global insurance provider in Singapore is seeking a Graduate Trainee for their Underwriting program starting in June 2026. Our 2-year Graduate Programme gives you a structured entry into underwriting — one of the most critical and intellectually challenging roles in insurance. You’ll receive on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to real accounts, helping you build both technical and commercial skills.
You’ll rotate within the Casualty underwriting function, claims, and middle office, gaining exposure to different products, risks, and stakeholders, while developing your technical and analytical skills.
This program will launch in Jun/July 2026.
Casualty (third‑party liability) pays when our client is legally responsible for injury to other people or damage to other people’s property, and it also pays the costs to defend those claims.
As a Graduate Trainee in Casualty Underwriting, you’ll learn how risks are evaluated, priced, and managed across casualty lines of business. You’ll work alongside experienced underwriters and gain exposure to the full underwriting lifecycle.
