What you will do

• Provide engineering expertise and support on Instrumentation for safe and reliable operations, maintenance work and projects for the Singapore Manufacturing Complex (Singapore Chemical Plant and Singapore Refinery).
• Prepare engineering assessments and designs, conduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis for instrumentation-related issues, including field instruments, control valves and programmable logic controllers.
• Develop engineering solutions to address and resolve issues.
• Manage long-term equipment improvement initiatives for the instrumentation fleet.
• Provide technical training in instrumentation as needed.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent; candidates with no experience are welcome.
• Sound knowledge of equipment engineering specifications and standards, as well as industrial standards and local codes.
• Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
