Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage customer enquiries over digital platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a contact centre, possesses strong customer service skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from either 8:00am to 5:30pm or 8:30am to 6:00pm.
