• Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle for banking initiatives, including scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring successful execution and defect resolution.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
