A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Safety Executive in Singapore to develop and deliver safety training, coordinate audits, and ensure safety compliance on sites. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Certification in Workplace Safety & Health and at least one year of relevant experience. The role involves preparing safety reports, conducting inspections, and ensuring the enforcement of safety regulations. Competitive salary up to $4,200 is offered, along with opportunities to improve employees' safety awareness.
Identify training needs, develop, and deliver EHS training to strengthen employees' awareness
Coordinate audits & maintain EHS documents for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certification
Ensure accidents are investigated & conduct EHS Induction for contractors/visitors.
Provide guidance to contractors and ensure safety rules are enforced on sites
Prepare safety reports and Monthly regional report, establish & review risk assessments
Conduct monthly WSH inspection with external consultant. Follow-up Inspection finding.
Analyse and provide statistic of safety gaps and ensure improvement according to standard.
Maintain Emergency Response Plan include Fire cert renewal, CERT tears structure.
Handle operation' enquiries and complaints, ensure all Fire safety equipment is maintained.
Support customer enquiries such as new warehouse set-up requirement
Performing preventive/breakdown and facilities (mechanical/electrical, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV)
Diploma/Certification in Workplace Safety & Health with 1 year experience
Registered of WSH with MOM, FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
Ensure fire safety regulation/protection/prevention are complied with SCDF requirement.
Develop, implement & review HSE management systems & supporting documentations.
Plan & implement program for HSE inspection, audits & investigations to reduce HSE risk.
Conduct HSE inspection, drills and exercises, WSH committee meetings.
Conduct HSE programs and campaigns to increase employee awareness and knowledge.
Act as the Secretary in planning activities and meetings for HSE Committee.
Participate in incident investigations and assists in implementing recommendations made.
Audit for compliance against permits, safe work practices, method statements and risk assessments.
Maintain & upkeep of Plant’s ERT equipment and PPE.
Liaise with local authorities on HSE issues and in planning of inspections, audits, drills and exercises.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety
Must be SCDF registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and MOM registered WSHO
At least 3 years of experience as WSHO & FSM.
Knowledge with HSE Management System (SS651 & ISO14001) and internal auditing
