Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a skilled Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company’s network infrastructure to ensure business continuity across distributed retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and support LAN / WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
2. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
3. Provide hands-on technical support for store-level and back-office network environments.
4. Maintain documentation of network configurations, maintenance logs, and asset inventory.
5. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
6. Participate in network upgrades, rollouts, and infrastructure expansion projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in network support roles, ideally in a multi-site retail or enterprise environment.
3. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
4. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies. Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
