Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the commercial aspects related to residential construction projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation
  • Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues
