Sales Manager - Data & AI Solutions (Enterprise Level)

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Type : Full-time, Permanent

Model : Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

TechNET IT has exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing Saudi technology organisation that operates at the forefront of data management, analytics, AI / ML, and GenAI. Following a major integration of its product and consulting divisions, the business is now strengthening its commercial function to drive enterprise growth and deepen its presence across the region.

This is a pivotal hire, the first senior sales professional in Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to regional leadership. You'll be responsible for driving enterprise-level software and services sales, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure, and developing long-term relationships with key clients across Saudi enterprise markets.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, including at least 5 years based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed quota, with a track record of closing high-value, complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of data solutions, AI / ML platforms, analytics, and integration technologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a hands‑on, build‑from‑the‑ground‑up environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and established C-level relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience collaborating closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions.
