The Position

The role involves engaging with physicians, clinics, and organizations that need diagnostic products for specialized therapeutic monitoring and patient care, while being responsible for sales within a designated territory. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and offer expertise and customer service to accounts. Building relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders to influence the adoption of Roche products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing and maintaining relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Understands customers' needs and strategies to develop tailored sales plans for each account.
  • Promotes the Roche product portfolio in alignment with the commercial strategy, applying strategic and consultancy selling principles, including the Miller Heiman approach.
  • Identifies potential new clients and opportunities for business growth, including high-value tests within existing accounts.
  • Collaborates with various specialists to design customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Implements and monitors strategies to achieve sales targets, gain market share, and meet strategic KPIs.
  • Negotiates pricing and terms within guidelines, ensures accurate customer data management in the sales automation system, and provides sales forecasts for assigned customers.
Who you are
  • 3-5 years experience in sales within Healthcare/MOH market with a proven success record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Chemistry or Sciences.
  • IVD market experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must.
  • Good English language proficiency (spoken and written).
