We are specifically seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist based in the MENA region. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the MENA region while being part of a vibrant, fast‑paced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for healthcare and medical clients in the MENA region. This includes strategies for SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media.

  • SEO & SEM Optimization:

    Direct SEO efforts to enhance organic rankings and increase relevant traffic for client websites in Arabic and English. Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search campaigns, optimizing for better results, cost‑per‑click (CPC), and return on investment (ROI).

  • Social Media Strategy & Management:

    Develop and implement social media strategies for clients in the MENA region, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create both organic and paid campaigns that engage audiences and generate leads.

  • Content Marketing:

    Collaborate with the content team to produce healthcare‑compliant content that resonates with audiences in the MENA region. This includes blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and other digital content that supports SEO and lead generation.

  • Email Marketing Campaigns:

    Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and conversion. Use segmentation and data insights to craft targeted and highly effective email communications.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

    Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to monitor the performance of digital campaigns. Provide actionable insights based on KPIs and make data‑driven recommendations for optimizing campaigns.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

    Continuously test and optimize landing pages, forms, and calls‑to‑action (CTAs) to maximize conversions for all digital marketing touchpoints.

  • Client Collaboration & Communication:

    Work closely with account managers and the design team to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and align with their business goals. Maintain strong communication with clients, offering strategic guidance and campaign updates.

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:

    Keep up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the MENA region. Innovate and test new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
    • Experience working with clients in the healthcare, medical, or wellness industries is a significant advantage.
    • Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns in the MENA region.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Google Analytics.
    • Expertise in paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram.
    • Strong writing and content creation skills, with a focus on both English and Arabic content.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Familiarity with conversion optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize, A/B testing).
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
    • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
    • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
