Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Investment Banking Director in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the Kingdom, and the ability to manage deal origination, structuring, execution, and client relationship management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading international platform, delivering best-in-class advisory and capital markets solutions to sovereign, corporate, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute transactions across key sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, government entities, PIF portfolio companies, and family offices.
• Prepare and present pitch books, financial models, and marketing materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of capital markets trends, regulatory developments (CMA/SAMA), and key sector dynamics in the region.
• Actively participate in business development and thought leadership initiatives to enhance the bank's presence in the Kingdom.
• Mentor and lead junior team members, ensuring strong execution support and talent development.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on M&A and ECM.
• Proven track record of successfully closed transactions in the MENA region, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi capital markets, CMA regulations, Tadawul processes, and local investor base.
• Experience working in or with international investment banks or reputable regional institutions.
• Deep sector knowledge in industries such as energy, infrastructure, TMT, healthcare, or consumer sectors.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
