A telecommunications company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Country Manager to lead operations. The role requires strong telecommunications engineering background, experience with KSA labor laws, and operational management skills. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, financial oversight capabilities, and fluency in English. Immediate joining is preferred.
We are hiring a Country Manager to lead and oversee our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in telecommunications engineering, along with solid experience in KSA labor laws, accounts and finance, and administrative management. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with hands‑on operational capability and in-depth knowledge of local regulations and telecom industry standards. Candidate should be located in KSA.
Oversee all country‑level operations and ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
Supervise telecom engineering projects and ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements.
Manage legal and regulatory compliance in line with Saudi labor and commercial laws.
Lead and monitor financial operations, budgeting, and reporting in coordination with the finance team.
Handle administration functions including HR, procurement, and logistics.
Represent the company in official dealings with local authorities, clients, and partners.
Report regularly to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in managing telecom operations in KSA.
Strong understanding of KSA labor laws, government processes, and compliance.
Experience in accounts and finance operations, with budget control capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be available for immediate joining.
