نبحث عن مدير ضبط جودة ذو خبرة عالية لقيادة أنشطة مراقبة الجودة وضمان تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة في مشاريع البنية التحتية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على فرق الجودة والتفتيش، تطوير أنظمة الجودة، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحلية والدولية.

• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط وإجراءات ضبط الجودة لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
• الإشراف على أنشطة التفتيش في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات.
• تطوير تقارير دورية شاملة حول أداء الجودة ورفعها للإدارة العليا.
• متابعة إجراءات التصحيح والتحسين وضمان تطبيقها بشكل فعال.
• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والاستشاريين والمقاولين لتحقيق أهداف الجودة.
• إدارة فريق الجودة وتطوير مهاراته لضمان كفاءة الأداء.

Quality Control Manager – Infrastructure Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality control activities and ensure the highest standards are maintained across major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee inspection teams, develop and implement quality systems, and ensure compliance with international and regional standards.

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for infrastructure projects.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to meet quality objectives.
• Lead and mentor quality control teams to maintain excellence in performance.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة منظمات مراقبة الجودة والتفتيش.
• خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين كمدير مراقبة جودة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في تطوير موقع محدد.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الشرق الأوسط (شرط أساسي).
• خلفية فنية وإدارية قوية في التقارير والتوثيق.
• بكالوريوس هندسة من جامعة معترف بها.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
• يشترط شهادة تسجيل سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• At least 5 years of experience managing quality control and inspection organizations.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Quality Control Manager.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a site development project.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the Middle East (mandatory).
• Strong technical and managerial background in reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
