Overview

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer/Executive with strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and end-to-end HR operations. The role will support all aspects of HR including employee relations, payroll, compliance, recruitment, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and local regulations.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and end-of-service benefits.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Liaise with government portals (MOL, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
