As a recruitment agency specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing, we require a Legal Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations comply with local and international laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal frameworks relevant to HR outsourcing, and will be responsible for managing legal risks, advising on compliance matters, and providing strategic legal guidance to our organization. This role demands a proactive approach to legal management, with a strong emphasis on fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage all legal aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, on a range of legal issues.
  4. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the business, and advise the management team accordingly.
  5. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to minimize risks and enhance compliance.
  6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and disputes, working closely with external counsel as necessary.
  7. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various matters affecting the organization.
  8. Train and educate staff on legal compliance and best practices within the organization.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align legal strategies with business objectives.
Preferred Candidate
  1. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, with a valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the HR outsourcing or recruitment industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and compliance issues.
  7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  9. Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong writing and verbal skills in both languages.
  10. Proficient in legal research tools and software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
