Arthur Lawrence is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Presales Consultant for a client in Riyadh, KSA to drive solution design and support sales efforts across various ServiceNow modules. The role involves conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored demos, crafting proposals/PoCs, and aligning platform capabilities with client needs.

Key Focus Areas

• Collaborate with sales to position relevant ServiceNow solutions
• Lead workshops, demos, and proposal development
• Support RFPs and develop proof of concepts
• Stay current with platform updates and trends
• Work closely with delivery teams on solution viability

Expertise in

GRC, ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine/Low-Code

Requirements

• 5+ years in ServiceNow presales/solution consulting
• Strong grasp of ITIL, risk, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)
