Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee receiving, binning, storage, picking and dispatch activities in our main warehouse. You will monitor daily operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive productivity in line with TPS and 5S guidelines.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or equivalent and at least 3 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in supervising.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or high school required.
• 3 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership in warehouse operations.
• English and Arabic language skills.
• Knowledge of TPS and 5S is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (Receiving, Binning, Storage, Picking & Dispatch).
• Ensure accuracy of stock and timeliness of order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory and PD departments.
• Support 5S/TPS compliance and daily audits, and prepare reports.
