Abdul Latif Jameel seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage receiving, binning, picking, dispatching and shipping at its Central Parts Warehouse in Saudi Arabia. You will implement Toyota Production System principles to optimize productivity and safety, while supporting cross-departmental stock control and process adherence.

The role requires a High School education and strong time management, learning ability, and tolerance for high-stress environments.

Formación

High School education required.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Capable of handling high-stress situations calmly.
Strong drive to achieve goals and improve performance.
Ability to recognize problems and potential issues in daily operations.

Responsabilidades

Perform TPS in the Warehouse operation to ensure parts are handled according to the targeted level.
Execute strategic and annual action plans to create a safe environment for people and parts and reduce costs.
Assist other departments to ensure warehouse operations meet targeted timeframes and monitor stock levels.
Assist ESSR and other departments to maintain warehouse safety and secure stock during transit to customers.
Inspect warehouse operations regularly to gauge performance and quality.
