Job summary

Soudal (KSA) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to manage daily operations in Riyadh. You will receive, store, pick, and dispatch goods, inspect incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock recording using Tally.

A valid driving license is required, forklift license is a plus, and knowledge of FIFO/FEFO is essential. Applicants should have at least 3 years in warehousing and hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience with Tally is preferred (other ERP experience considered).
• Valid driving license; forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking & dispatch.
• Inspect incoming goods against POs and shipping documents.
• Apply FIFO / FEFO and monitor product expiry dates.
• Record all stock movements in Tally (TallyPrime).
• Conduct cycle counts and annual stocktakes, and investigate variances.
• Ensure safe storage of chemical & flammable products.
• Supervise warehouse workers and prepare inventory reports.
