Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Company Limited in Jeddah is seeking a warehouse operative responsible for receiving, binning, picking, dispatching and shipping, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies.

You will apply the Toyota Production System (TPS) to improve productivity, monitor stock, and support other departments while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is a High School diploma.
• Experience requirements are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Toyota Production System (TPS) in the Warehouse operation to ensure that parts are handled in accordance to the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity.
• Execute the strategic plan and annual action plan to be able to create a safety environment for the people and parts to eliminate near miss accidents thereby reducing the operational costs.
• Assist the other departments to ensure the warehouse operation is as per the targeted time frame and assist in the monitoring of the stock and ensure that the conduct of stock taking is as per the approved procedures.
• Assist in the ESSR and other Departments in maintaining the safety of the warehouse operation and to ensure that the stocks are secured and safe during the transit from the warehouse to the customer.
• Assist in the inspection of the warehouse operation on regular basis to determine performance and quality in accordance to the accepted procedures of the company.
