Job summary

Sarj | سرج in Riyadh is seeking a SIP/VoIP Engineer to build telephony capabilities and own integrations connecting our Voice AI agents to client infrastructure. You will work with Operations and Engineering teams and B2B/B2G clients to develop, deploy, and troubleshoot reliable voice solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in related field, 4+ years of SIP/VoIP experience, and strong Arabic/English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Arabic and English proficiency with strong client-facing communication.
4+ years of SIP/VoIP engineering or telephony integrations.
Hands-on experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or SBCs.
Experience with Saudi telecom carriers and enterprise platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain telephony capabilities within Sarj’s platform.
Integrate Voice AI agents with client PBXs, SBCs, SIP trunks, and contact-centre platforms.
Develop custom call flows, SIP routing, and WebRTC-based handoffs.
Lead technical client discussions and drive integrations to production.
Troubleshoot call quality, signalling, connectivity, and interoperability issues.
