Job summary

Sarj.ai is seeking a Business Development Specialist to grow enterprise and government relationships across Saudi Arabia. You will own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and drive deals from first conversation to signed contracts, coordinating with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams.

The role requires native Arabic with Saudi dialect and fluent English, plus a proven ability to self-source a pipeline and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or enterprise sales selling to banks, fintechs, or government entities.
• Native Arabic speaker with Saudi dialect and professional English.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government landscape.
• Comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, telephony, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage target account lists across banking, fintech, healthcare, government, and other key sectors.
• Run outreach in Arabic and English via email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp, and follow up on inbound leads.
• Qualify leads and run discovery calls with decision-makers in Customer Experience, IT, Digital Transformation, and other business teams.
• Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and industry partners, and identify new use cases for Sarj’s Voice AI and AI agents in KSA.
• Represent Sarj at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings.
• Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities: discovery, coordinating solution design and demos with our Operations team, POCs, proposals, government procurement, negotiation, and deal closure, followed by a smooth handover to the team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
