Job summary

Sarj is seeking an Agent Engineer in Riyadh to design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world problems. You will support POC development, own end-to-end delivery, and interface directly with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in software testing concepts, familiarity with testing tools or programming languages, and fluency in Arabic and English. The role requires based in Riyadh and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English.
• Must be based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Support QA efforts by reviewing agent conversations and QA rubrics.
• Design and build agent workflows from client requirements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of agent implementations and timelines.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Evaluate voice interactions for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
• Contribute to quality reports and improvements.
