Job summary

Sarj in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Agent Engineer to craft prompts and flows for Voice AI agents that converse with customers. You will lead client projects from discovery to go-live, build prompts, and integrate agents with client systems.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product to improve performance based on real calls; manage multiple projects with clear ownership and strong client communication. Fluency in Arabic and English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence leading client conversations.
• Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Experience with a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects or deliverables with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts and conversation flows that shape how agents speak and handle complex requests.
• Integrate agents with client systems via APIs and webhooks; build POCs from scoping to delivery.
• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, including scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.
