Qualifications

• Experience managing executive lounges or VIP hospitality services.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to uphold brand standards and health/safety compliance.
• Fluent communication in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge operations to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional service and uphold Hilton standards for executives and VIP guests.
• Resolve guest issues with care: respond to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain lounge presentation: ensure lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
• Lead and develop the team: ensure staff are knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions.
• Uphold regulatory standards: maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
