Qualifications

• Saudi national status and professional etiquette.
• Experience in customer service or food service.
• Proactive approach to guest service and satisfaction.
• Keen eye for detail and maintaining lounge cleanliness.
• Familiar with luxury hospitality standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.
• Offer menu presentations and recommendations on daily specials.
• Record guest orders accurately and advise on beverage pairings.
• Extend complimentary services and upsell additional offerings.
• Ensure swift order execution and timely delivery to tables.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns about lounge services.
• Prepare condiment stations and coordinate with procurement.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain a hygienic lounge.
• Arrange buffet areas and ensure appealing presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle further service requests.
