Job summary

Foreground Consultancy seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a rapidly expanding logistics and distribution platform in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees warehousing, transportation, fleet, and last-mile delivery, driving performance and scalable operations across multiple hubs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead large teams, implement KPI frameworks, and support regional expansion while maintaining service quality and margin control.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in logistics or large-scale supply chain.
• Experience managing multi-site, high-volume operations in Saudi Arabia or similar markets.
• Proven ability to scale operations and drive performance culture.
• Strong change management and leadership maturity.

The Role

The Vice President of Operations will oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, fleet, and last-mile delivery. This role will be responsible for operational performance, cost optimisation, service levels, and scalability across multiple hubs. The VP will lead large operational teams and implement process standardisation, KPIs, and performance frameworks. A key mandate will be supporting expansion into new regions while maintaining service quality and margin control. The role will report directly to the CEO and act as a core member of the executive leadership team.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior operations leadership experience within logistics, distribution, or large-scale supply chain environments. Strong exposure to high-volume, multi-site operations is essential. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similarly complex markets is highly desirable. The ideal profile combines operational rigour with leadership maturity and change management capability. Proven ability to scale operations, manage large workforces, and drive performance culture is critical.
