Job summary

Foreground Consultancy seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a rapidly expanding logistics and distribution platform in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees warehousing, transportation, fleet, and last-mile delivery, driving performance and scalable operations across multiple hubs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead large teams, implement KPI frameworks, and support regional expansion while maintaining service quality and margin control.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in logistics or large-scale supply chain.
• Experience managing multi-site, high-volume operations in Saudi Arabia or similar markets.
• Proven ability to scale operations and drive performance culture.
• Strong change management and leadership maturity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, fleet, and last-mile delivery.
• Drive operational performance, cost optimization, service levels, and scalability across multiple hubs.
• Lead large operational teams and implement process standardisation, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Support expansion into new regions while maintaining service quality and margin control.
• Report directly to the CEO and act as a core member of the executive leadership team.
