Our client, a leading organization based in Najran, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an accomplished Vice President – Commercial Affairs to lead its commercial agenda and play a key role in shaping the organization's future growth and strategic direction.

This is a senior executive leadership position with responsibility across sales, marketing, business development, supply chain, and strategic commercial performance. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team and should demonstrate the breadth and leadership maturity to take on broader enterprise responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue, market share, and profitability growth.
  • Lead sales, marketing, business development, and supply chain functions.
  • Identify new market, customer, channel, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Drive pricing, customer portfolio, and commercial performance optimization.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, government stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Lead supply chain strategy, demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and service performance.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, major commercial agreements, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with operational, technical, financial, and corporate functions to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and overall business objectives.
  • Build high-performing teams and contribute to enterprise-level strategy and executive decision-making.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in senior commercial leadership positions.
  • Strong track record across sales, commercial strategy, business development, and supply chain within a sizeable industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market development, profitability, and commercial transformation.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, contracting, and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple functions and operate effectively at executive and enterprise level.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market would be advantageous.
