Job summary

Our client, a construction company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end construction operations across a diverse portfolio. The role reports to the President and focuses on strategic direction, safety, quality, and financial performance.

The candidate will oversee field execution, workforce and subcontractor management, procurement, contracts, and HSE compliance, while developing scalable systems, budgets, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction operations management.
• Proven leadership in the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-billion-dollar construction projects.
• Strong expertise in construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational direction across a multi-project construction portfolio.
• Oversee tender processes, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure HSE compliance, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
• Develop budgets, financial monitoring tools, and executive reports.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and leadership to drive growth.
