United Motors Group seeks a Delivery Coordinator for its Service division in KSA. The role centers on managing vehicle check-in inspections and coordinating movements so service advisors can focus on customers.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles at drop-off, documenting condition, taking photos, and moving cars between reception, workshop, wash bay and parking. Basic computer skills are helpful.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with service teams and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer or tablet skills helpful for recording inspections.

Mansioni

• Inspect and document vehicle condition at drop-off, noting scratches, dents, mileage and fuel level.
• Take photos as required and complete the vehicle check-in form.
• Move vehicles safely between reception, workshop, wash bay and parking.
• Organize parking and keep keys controlled.
• Place protective covers and assist with vehicle delivery prep.
• Report any damage or incidents immediately.
