Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven sales engineering experience.
• English fluency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Iqama transferability may be required depending on candidate status.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for UPS systems and control/instrumentation cables across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, panel builders, distributors, and end-users in power, oil & gas, water treatment, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Respond to tenders, prepare technical/commercial offers, and follow up through to order closure.
• Conduct site visits, technical surveys, and after-sales support coordination with the technical team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with principals/manufacturers for product training, technical support, and pricing negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events across the Kingdom.
