Job summary

Wise Insight in At Ta'if is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to assist the General Manager in running a trampoline park. You will help with budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and daily oversight to keep activities smooth and safe.

You will lead a team, handle hiring and training, ensure safety protocols, respond to customers, coordinate with marketing for promotions, and prepare performance reports while staying ahead of industry trends to improve the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or customer-focused operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of running the trampoline park, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently
• Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are being followed by both staff and customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the trampoline park
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Prepare reports on park performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the customer experience
