Job summary

Jumpino Taif trampoline park is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and bookings, and handle payments, delivering a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure.

You will be the first contact for guests, answering inquiries, processing reservations, and supporting birthday parties and group bookings with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to handle cash and card payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, punctual and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Manage guest check-ins, waivers, bookings, and payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Assist with birthday parties, group bookings, and general reservations
• Support retail and front-desk transactions
• Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams when required
