Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting for Reception Front of House roles at a modern trampoline park in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals for 4 vacancies with direct hire, full-time employment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, check-ins, bookings, and handling POS transactions. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, front office, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Friendly and professional personality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional customer service.
• Manage guest check-ins and registrations.
• Process bookings waivers payments and admissions.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries.
• Assist customers with birthday party and group event bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding park activities packages and policies.
• Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and card payments according to company procedures.
• Manage customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Coordinate with court monitors party hosts and management.
• Maintain an organized clean and professional reception area.
• Support smooth guest flow during peak periods.
