jazera arabia contracting is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Department in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on analyzing training needs, planning programs, coordinating both internal and external training providers, and evaluating training effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–5 years of experience, with strong English and MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Ability to prepare and follow up on annual training plans and programs.
• Experience coordinating internal and external training programs and training providers.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare related reports.
• Experience maintaining training records, certifications, and renewal dates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; knowledge of HRMS/LMS is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the construction/contracting industry is preferred.
