Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience in managing employee performance appraisal processes and performance review cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance evaluation methods.
• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying employee development needs.
• Ability to develop and implement annual training and development plans.
• Experience in organizing and coordinating internal and external training programs.
• Ability to design training materials and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Experience in managing training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with external training providers and evaluate training programs.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness, measuring training outcomes, and preparing training reports.
• Ability to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on employee performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HR management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
