Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage receiving, binning, picking, dispatching and shipping at its Central Parts Warehouse in Saudi Arabia. You will implement Toyota Production System principles to optimize productivity and safety, while supporting cross-departmental stock control and process adherence.

The role requires a High School education and strong time management, learning ability, and tolerance for high-stress environments.

• Assist other departments to ensure warehouse operations meet targeted timeframes and monitor stock levels.
• Assist ESSR and other departments to maintain warehouse safety and secure stock during transit to customers.
• Inspect warehouse operations regularly to gauge performance and quality.

Major Activities

• Perform the Toyota Production System (TPS) in the Warehouse operation to ensure that parts are handled in accordance to the targeted level by adhering to the process and procedures thereby improving business productivity.
• Execute the strategic plan and annual action plan to be able to create a safety environment for the people and parts to eliminate near miss accidents thereby reducing the operational costs.
• Assist the other departments to ensure the warehouse operation is as per the targeted time frame and assist in the monitoring of the stock and ensure that the conduct of stock taking is as per the approved procedures.
• Assist the ESSR and other Departments in maintaining the safety of the warehouse operation and to ensure that the stocks are secured and safe during the transit from the warehouse to the customer.
• Assist in the inspection of the warehouse operation on regular basis to determine performance and quality in accordance to the accepted procedures of the company.
