Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an Associate Storekeeper / Warehouse Operator to support receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control. You will ensure accurate stock records and safe, efficient warehouse operations, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

The role involves inspecting incoming materials, organizing storage, executing pick/pack/ship tasks, and maintaining ERP/WMS transactions with attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–4 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Forklift certification is an advantage (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Store materials in designated locations following warehouse layout and storage standards.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials accurately according to approved requests.
• Perform inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of inventory.
• Load and unload deliveries using appropriate material handling equipment, where authorized.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow company safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
