Stryker in Saudi Arabia's Central Region is seeking a Territory Lead to drive growth in our Trauma & Extremities portfolio. You will establish relationships with customers, manage accounts, and coordinate demos and visits to meet regional targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, at least 2 years in territory sales, experience in orthopedics, and proficiency in English. Travel is about 80% with field-based duties and post-sales collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical or related.
• Minimum 2 years commercial experience as territory lead or similar.
• Experience in Orthopaedics industry (Trauma, Spine, Joint Replacement, etc).
• Proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity.
• Tracking trends competitors developments in specific products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager.
• Carrying out the sales-related activities in accordance with the regional sales targets... and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager.
• Planning implementing and reporting customer partner visits and demos in accordance with the sales targets and customer demands.
• Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs.
